JGA builds interior retail spaces for some of the nation’s most compelling brands—priding themselves in telling each brand’s unique story through their project executions. With so many great projects under their belt, JGA now needed a website that told THEIR story.

With that in mind, we were hired to create a sophisticated site design that speaks to JGA’s approach with an innovative “storytelling” feature built into the portfolio.

Design Strategy

Our main goal was to elevate JGA’s online presence with a stylish and progressive looking website that better showcases their portfolio and approach to their work.

Bold Introduction

JGA is known for their stunning executions and we wanted to allow that work to speak for itself with oversized photos of their projects, complemented with JGA philosophies and storytelling.

Top Drawer

We incorporated an innovative slide-out drawer, activated when the viewer clicks on the “Show + Tell” tab, to highlight featured projects on the home page. This allowed the site’s focus to be on project photography, while still keeping information at the viewers fingertips.
The JGA team could easily update these features with our built in CMS (Content Management System).


One of the most interesting features of the website was the “Show + Tell” storytelling feature. Each project contains a gallery of photographs of the completed installation. Within the photos, lightbulb icons highlight various features with a story behind each.
